Lecture by Eko Saputra who joins the C²DH from 25 to 30 November 2024 in the framework of the recently launched Global South Fellowship programme, supported by the Public History research group.

The Rust & Research Team, consisting of four doctoral candidates working at the C²DH, was awarded the Thinkering Grant earlier this year to develop a card game based on time travelling through the Luxembourg University campus of Belval. Since then, our in-house game creators have been hard at work.

The “Dancing Esch” research project studies the festive sociabilities of the Luxembourgish mining basin during the 1920-1980. It focuses on popular balls in Esch-sur-Alzette, a town shaped by the mining and steel industry.
