Christianne is a Research and development specialist working on the CRAFTED project
Christianne Blijleven is a Research and Development Specialist at the C²DH, where she works in the field of Doing Experimental Media Archaeology (DEMA) and specifically the CRAFTED project.
She holds a Bachelor degree in English Literature and Languages (Utrecht University) and a Research Master degree in Cultural Leadership (University of Groningen), during which she specialised in cultures of technology and hands-on media history.
She was a research trainee at the Research & Public History Department at the Science Museum in London (2018-2019) where she worked for the Histories of Use and Tacit Skills project by investigating the practical and ethical challenges of doing object-based re-enactment in heritage institutions.
