Milan van Lange is preparing a PhD at the NIOD Institute for War, Holocaust, and Genocide Studies in Amsterdam, where he analyses the parliamentary debates in the Netherlands on the aftermath of the war, in a project titled War and Emotions. He is currently Research Fellow at the Luxembourg Centre for Contemporary and Digital History (C²DH) and has been enlarging his source material to digitised newspapers.
During the impresso talk, he will present his research practice and discuss how the emotion mining can help reconsider historiographical shared intuitions on the political debates on the war.
